Introducing Maintenance Plans: a simpler – and free – way to stay ahead of everything your home needs.
Here’s how it works:
Your Maintenance Plan begins by answering a few questions about your property. From there, you’ll instantly receive a plan tailored to your specific home complete with a checklist of seasonal tasks and ongoing routines, including reminders for garbage and recycling pickup.

Your customized plan also includes a history of your home; all the tasks you’ve completed in the past, along with any Pro jobs you’ve booked, are kept on the History tab for easy reference – so you always know what was completed, and when.

There are two ways to enter the survey:
Complete your home plan customization, noted complete by reaching the end of the "Personalize your plan" survey by clicking "See my plan"
OR
Enter your property details for all seven areas of your home on the "Property Details" screen (TYPE, HOUSE FEATURES, OUTDOOR, HEATING, COOLING, FIREPLACE, WATER SYSTEMS) and hit "save".
The winner will be selected on October 27th at noon EST.
Contest and prize details:
There is no cash equivalent to the prize; it will be issued as a credit on your Quartermaster account, to be used towards projects booked through the platform
The projects must be booked for the property associated with the winning Quartermaster account holder.
The home must be located in the Greater Toronto Area.
The work all must be done on one home, and cannot be split among multiple properties.
Projects must be booked between February 1, 2027 and June 30, 2027. and must be completed between February 1, 2027 and July 1, 2027.
