That’s where Quartermaster comes in.

Your home's customized maintenance plan and history are all in one spot, so you can put it out of mind and get on with your week. When something actually needs attention, you'll hear about it. And when a job needs a Pro, you're looking at people your neighbours have already hired and recommended, not a page of strangers with five stars.

There is no manual for owning a home

Most people learn to own a home the expensive way. Something breaks, you call whoever answers, and you find out afterward what it should have cost or how long it could have waited.

It isn't a problem you can read your way out of, either. Houses aren't interchangeable.
Yours has its own systems, its own history, and its own list of what's coming due,
and no guide written for houses in general can tell you what's on it. A long-time owner builds that knowledge slowly, one repair at a time. Move, and you start over with systems you've never maintained before.

So we didn't set out to write the manual. We set out to build the two things that work in its place: a record that belongs to your house, and a way to reach the people nearby who already know how to look after one like it. What one neighbour learns the hard way shouldn't have to be learned twice on the same street.
