About Quartermaster
What is Quartermaster?
Quartermaster is a home management platform that tells homeowners what their house needs and when, and connects them to Pros their neighbours have personally referred.
How much does it cost to use?
Quartermaster is free to use for homeowners; it costs nothing to browse, or to get quotes from Pros. Quartermaster Pros pay a small commission on jobs they book and complete through the platform.
Which areas do you cover?
Quartermaster currently serves the Greater Toronto Area, including, but not limited to:
City of Toronto
Mississauga
Brampton

Accounts & privacy
Do I need a Quartermaster account to browse?
Browsing is open to everyone. A Quartermaster account is only needed once you want to save a Pro or request a quote.
What do you do with my data?
We share only what a Pro needs in order to provide you with a quote for your job. We never sell your information.
How do I delete my account?
Deleting an account removes your profile and saved Pros permanently, and cannot be undone.
Trust & guarantees
How are Quartermaster Pros vetted?
Every Pro on Quartermaster has been personally referred by someone who has used their services. We further check and validate their credentials and mandatory insurance coverage before they are listed and active on the platform.
What happens if something goes wrong?
Tell us as soon as you can and we will help put it right. Get in touch with your job reference number and we will investigate ASAP.
