How do I find a Pro near me?
Finding Pros local to your neighbourhood is easy. Simply search the trade you need and you’ll see a list of Pros that other homeowners nearby have referred.
Can I see who referred a Pro?
Referrals show the first name, last initial, and street of where they came from, but never the full name of the person who made them.
Accounts & privacy
Who sees my contact details?
Only the Pro you contact can see your details, and this info is limited to only what they require to make quote:
Your first name
The area you are in
A description of the job
Can I request a quote without signing up?
No - a Quartermaster account is needed so the Pro can reply to you, and for communication and project details to be recorded in your home’s record.
Trust & guarantees
Am I covered if a job goes wrong?
Every listed Quartermaster Pro (excluding small job Pros) carries a minimum of $2 million in liability insurance, and we will step in to help resolve a dispute if needed under our Good Neighbour Guarantee.
Can I leave a review?
You can review any Pro you have hired through Quartermaster once the job is marked complete.
What if I cannot reach a Pro?
If you can’t reach your Pro within two working days, get in touch and we will help reconnect you, or find another Pro for your job.
