Quartermaster Maintenance Plan Contest (The “Contest”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. A MATHEMATICAL SKILL-TESTING QUESTION IS REQUIRED.

The Contest is sponsored by Quartermaster Inc. (the “Sponsor”), an Ontario-based company with offices in Toronto, Ontario.

 1. Draws & Prize

Quartermaster will conduct one (1) random draw to award one (1) Prize as described below:

One draw on October 27, 2026, at approximately 12:00 PM Eastern Time at the Sponsor’s office in Toronto, Ontario, the Sponsor will randomly select  one (1) Entrant, without replacement, from among all eligible Entries received during the Contest Period (September 30 - October 26, 2026). The selected Entrant will be eligible for one (1) Prize, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Each Entrant selected in the draw is a “Potential Winner”, and will not be declared a “Winner” unless and until the Entrant satisfies the eligibility, skill-testing question, release and other requirements in these Terms and Conditions. 

Before being declared a Winner, each Potential Winner must correctly answer without assistance of any kind, whether mechanical or otherwise, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by telephone, email, or another reasonable method selected by the Sponsor within the time frame specified. The Sponsor will provide reasonable accommodation where required by applicable law, provided the accommodation does not remove the skill-testing requirement. Each Potential Winner will be contacted by phone or email at Quartermaster’s sole discretion at the phone number or email address provided by the Entrant, within five (5) business days after the draw. Only the selected Entrants will be notified. If a Potential Winner cannot be reached after three (3) attempts, does not respond within the required time, the skill-testing question is not correctly answered within the time frame specified, or the Winner does not otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, the selected entry will be deemed void and an alternate Winner may be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 Before being declared a Winner, each Potential Winner may be required to sign and return a Declaration and Release Form described below within the time frame specified by Quartermaster.

There is one (1) Prize available. The Prize consists of an allowance of $1,000 CAD in funds for maintenance projects booked for your home through the Quartermaster platform. The home must belong to the Entrant ( Quartermaster accountholder), and located within the Greater Toronto Area (inclusive of the City of Toronto, Peel Region, York Region, Durham Region and Halton Region). All work must be completed on one home, and cannot be divided among multiple properties. The work must be booked between February 1 and June 20, 2027 and completed between February 1 and July 1, 2027, and  classified as one of the following categories: 

Window and gutter cleaning

Lawn 

HVAC 

Roof/Gutter Repair 

  The total approximate retail value of the Prizes is $1,000 CAD. There is  a limit of one (1) Prize per person. No fee is payable to claim a Prize. Each Prize is subject to the issuer’s applicable terms and conditions. The Prize will be issued as a credit on the Winner’s account, following Quartermaster’s verification of the Winner’s eligibility and satisfaction of these Terms and Conditions in Quartermaster’s sole discretion. Any further costs and expenses not specifically described as included in the Prize (including but not limited to claiming and using the prize) are the responsibility of the Winner.

2. Entries

No purchase is necessary to enter the Contest. The Contest begins at [9 a.m.] [September 30, 2026] and ends [5 p.m.] [ October 26, 2026]. The Sponsor’s computer system is the official timekeeping device for the Contest.

To enter through the Survey,  participants must create a customized Maintenance Plan at the following web address: https://app.quartermaster.house/plans during the Contest Period. A customized Maintenance Plan is defined as:

Complete home plan customization, noted complete by reaching the end of the "Personalize your plan" survey by clicking "See my plan"

Entering property details for all 7 areas of your home on the "Property Details" screen, TYPE, HOUSE FEATURES, OUTDOOR, HEATING, COOLING, FIREPLACE, WATER SYSTEMS, requires them to click in and hit "save"

Only one survey entry per participant (Entrant) is permitted. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.

3. Eligibility

THE CONTEST IS OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF CANADA WHO HAVE REACHED THE AGE OF MAJORITY TO ENTER THIS CONTEST. THE PRIZE IS ONLY APPLICABLE TO PROPERTIES LOCATED WITHIN THE GREATER TORONTO AREA. PERSONS RESIDING IN JURISDICTIONS OTHER THAN CANADA ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO WIN ANY PRIZES IN CONNECTION WITH THIS CONTEST. NO PURCHASE IS REQUIRED TO ENTER BUT YOU MUST BECOME AN ENTRANT THROUGH THE WRITTEN SUBMISSION METHOD ABOVE.

By entering the Contest, each Entrant acknowledges and agrees that:

The Entrant  has read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;

The Entrant is eligible to participate in the Contest; and

The Entrant agrees to abide by these Terms and Conditions, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest.

Employees, representatives, and agents (and those with whom they are domiciled) of Quartermaster and its affiliates and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate in this Contest. An individual may only be an Entrant once. Only one entry per household is permitted.

4. Declaration and Release Form

A Potential Winner may required to sign and return a full release and indemnity form, ("Declaration and Release Form") within the time stipulated by Quartermaster, stating that he/she has read and understood these Terms and Conditions, grants all consents and authorizes Quartermaster to use his/her entry, name, city of residence, photograph, interview (if Quartermaster wishes to conduct an interview each selected entrant must also consent to be interviewed by Quartermaster), likeness, comments and voices in connection with any promotion or publicity at no additional compensation to the Winner, beyond the awarding of the Prize.

If a Potential Winner does not comply with these requirements (as applicable) or with these Terms and Conditions, or if a Prize notification or award of a Prize is returned undeliverable, the Sponsor  may disqualify the Potential Winner, and will randomly select an alternate Potential Winner from the remaining eligible Entrants an alternate Winner and shall be fully and completely released and discharged from any liability or responsibility in this regard.

Only after a Potential Winner has complied with all applicable requirements will that person be declared a Winner.

5. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning a Prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the Contest Period. Selections are made without replacement.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except for losses caused by the Sponsor’s negligence, wilful misconduct, breach of these Terms and Conditions, or breach of applicable privacy or data-security obligations, the Sponsor is not responsible for:

any incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate information provided by an Entrant;

the theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, Entrant’s entry;

technical failures of telephone networks, computer online systems, servers or service providers, computer equipment, software, viruses or bugs that are beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control;

any failure of any email to be received by or from Quartermaster delayed, misdirected or filtered despite the Sponsor’s reasonable efforts;

late, delayed, damaged, misdirected, destroyed, lost, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, fraudulent, or stolen Entries which may be declared void; or

any lost or undelivered Written Submissions that are not received in time to be counted.

an event beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control that prevents an Entry from being received before the end of the Contest Period.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory or other right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

7. Miscellaneous

By entering this Contest, all entrants consent to the collection, use and disclosure of their personal information by Quartermaster for the purposes of running the Contest or for any other purpose to which entrants consent.

Once submitted, entries become the exclusive property of Quartermaster and will not be returned.

Personally identifiable information received will be used to verify eligibility and award prizes, for any purpose to which entrants consent, or as otherwise indicated on the Contest Website, and will be collected, used and stored by Quartermaster in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws, and is void where prohibited. By entering the Contest, entrants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions and agree that the decisions of Quartermaster are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

The Prizes must be accepted as awarded and no transfer or substitution of the Prizes will be permitted except as expressly provided in these Terms and Conditions or at Quartermaster’s sole discretion. Quartermaster reserves the right to substitute any Prize with a prize of equal or greater value if for any reason the Prize cannot be awarded as contemplated in these Terms and Conditions. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed proof of receipt.

Any attempt to deliberately damage any web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Quartermaster reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are: illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way or do not otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Quartermaster reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to cancel, withdraw, amend, terminate or suspend this Contest in whole or in part at any time without prior notice or obligation for any reason.
