JOB DESCRIPTION

The PR Coordinator will be based in Toronto and assist the teams with the coordination of public relations assignments on behalf Quartermaster, as well as daily administrative tasks that support the department. They will work under the supervision of our Head of Communications and brand.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the public relations team
  • Coordinate to the global daily press review.

  • Track development and results of editorial efforts – performance report (media, web, social media, other PR activities).

  • Build and maintain media lists, calendars and database.

  • Research for speaking opportunities, creative contests - jury opportunities.

  • Create presentations in Keynote.

Coordinate tasks and work with the public relations team in fulfilling its communication activities
  • Coordinate to the global daily press review.

  • Build and maintain media lists, calendars and database.

  • Research for speaking opportunities, creative contests - jury opportunities.

  • Create presentations in Keynote.

Coordinate shows:
  • ​Process and follow-up on all invoices related to shows.

  • Develop and oversee case studies.

  • Manage enrolment for all shows attendees, internally and clients.

  • Works closely with the management team to;

    • Identify opportunity for recognition or training for employees at shows.

    • Identify opportunity for in-biz or new biz at shows.

Requirements 

  • Bilingual (English and French).

  • Self-motivated, autonomous and resourceful.

  • Desire to learn and flexibility to adapt to change.
